After the first external funding round, OCV will continue to support strategic discussions around the evolving business model in the following capacity:

1. Serve as business advisors
2. Provide access to a network of resources (i.e. group vendor discounts, introductions to business connections, etc.)
3. Liaison on marketing / press release material related to OCV
4. Hand off all operational activities to the portfolio company
